Dallas-based trainer Steve Hess says you should start the day with cardio. Why? “People who work out in the a.m. tend to stick to their routine and make healthier choices throughout the day,”  he swears. So get a jump-start!

“You should eat probiotics for the good bacteria,” advises Alina Zhukovskaya, a health coach in Miami. “It will decrease bloating and you’ll feel more energetic.” Try kefir, which can be found in the dairy aisle of the grocery store.

So I'm kind of confused about my body shape also. I'm petite, but the description of an hourglass fits me. I don't really have boobs...does that count to be an hourglass? Could I be petite, but also an hourglass?

MOD MOD MOD!
Ok, I have an exercise question. I'm really bad at push-ups (as in I can barely get past one) and I've never been able to do monkey bars, but I can lift things that are pretty heavy and I'm good at arm wrestling. Any ideas on strengthening the muscles needed for the first two? I need to do well at my school's fitness testing!

Hey girl,

The best thing to do would be to do chair presses. So, you should crouch down in front of a chair as if you were about to sit on it, and put your arms on the seat of the chair. Dip your whole body down (including your arms) to get a nice exercise. x0x0

does wiifit yoga and strength training really help? after doing jack knives on the strength training for a few days, it seemed to have a difference. so: does it really work?

Okay so I think im pear shaped because i have pretty big hips but i have D sized boobs and athletic legs so im really confused on what shape i am. Please Help thanks!




Hey girlie,

Most people aren't totally one shape or another. Does your waist nip in a bit between your boobs and hips? It sounds like you're a mix between pear shaped and hourglass - you've got hips, but you also have an "equal" top and bottom with a waist in between. Try taking clothing tips from each body shape and working them together for your own unique bod!
