Bras are so uncomfortable!


 
I'm starting 7th grade this year, and my friend keeps telling me to wear a bra. I try to, but they are so uncomfortable! I know I'm ready for a bra with cups, but how can I get used to the way it feels?

If you having trouble getting used to wearing a bra, you might not be wearing the right size. It may be intimidating, but getting measured can really help you figure out what size to get. There are so many different types of bras (training, sports, demi, full coverage and so on!) and there are variations among all of them.

Pencil off an afternoon to go bra shopping. Pick up a bunch of different styles in your size and try them on. It may be an uncomfortable and not-so-fun time, but it will really pay off.

If you still need to get used to a bra with cups, after determining it is the right bra, wear it around for short periods of time and alternate with your cupless bra or a sports bra. Keep trying ‘em on, babe! There are comfy bras out there!

A padded bra has some extra padding in it, and a cupped bra can also have padding, but the cup does not cover the whole boob. x0x0

if you dont like bras you could always try wearing a tank top with a built-in bra.

Im starting 7th grade too but I have been wearing a bra since 5th grade. I dont need a padded one but i wear one larger so its more comfortable, plus you may feel behind your other friends ( i know i have) they might have larger bras on too so yep.
