Bras are so uncomfortable!


 
I'm starting 7th grade this year, and my friend keeps telling me to wear a bra. I try to, but they are so uncomfortable! I know I'm ready for a bra with cups, but how can I get used to the way it feels?

If you having trouble getting used to wearing a bra, you might not be wearing the right size. It may be intimidating, but getting measured can really help you figure out what size to get. There are so many different types of bras (training, sports, demi, full coverage and so on!) and there are variations among all of them.

Pencil off an afternoon to go bra shopping. Pick up a bunch of different styles in your size and try them on. It may be an uncomfortable and not-so-fun time, but it will really pay off.

If you still need to get used to a bra with cups, after determining it is the right bra, wear it around for short periods of time and alternate with your cupless bra or a sports bra. Keep trying ‘em on, babe! There are comfy bras out there!

I'm a 36D, so I most definitley need a wear a bra. I just started buying fancier, colorful bras, and while the feeling they have took awhile to get used to, the feeling of finally wearing the right size bra was too good to give up. I got used to the fabric and lace fairly quickly, though.

im probably the opposite. i find bras soo comfy. i feel so wierd without one. btw, how do i know if i need a cupped or padded bra? (im going into 7th grade and im almost 13 yrs old)




hey! it's really more about preference than necessity. get whichever is the comfiest Smile
