A breakfast cereal that will keep you full until lunch

We love cereal as a super easy and quick breakfast option, but so many of them will leave your tummy grumbling only a couple hours later. When you’re selecting what’s gonna fill your bowl, make sure you check out the nutrition label first.
 
The cute and colorful boxes might give off a healthy, wholesome vibe, but in reality, most of the products in the cereal aisle are loaded down with sugar and artificial sweeteners. If you’re looking for something that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime, seek out a cereal that is high in fiber and low in the sweet stuff. Fiber is what gives you that full feeling, and most of us are actually lacking in the daily dietary fiber department.
 
Our go-to morning meal? Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Extra, which boasts 7 grams of fiber along with raisins and cranberries to give it a sweet taste without all that extra sugar. We promise, one bowl with some skim milk, and you won’t even notice when 10:30 snack time rolls around.

I never eat cereal, I usually have frozen waffles. (I toast them first of course!)

If you dont like those ideas then you can make a breakfast taco with chopped up sausage and scrambled eggs or you can make a peanut butter and banana sandwich these last me from 6 in the morning till three in the afternoon

I don't have snack anymore so I have to eat cereal with lots of fiber. My parents don't usually wake up before me so I can't have pancakes and stuff. Anyways, thanks for mentioning the Kellogg's Raisin Bran Extra, I'll try and get that when I'm at the store next time!

Take the stairs more than once. When you’re at home, run up and down the stairs three or four times before heading to your room. It’s a sneaky way to stay active.
