A breakfast cereal that will keep you full until lunch

We love cereal as a super easy and quick breakfast option, but so many of them will leave your tummy grumbling only a couple hours later. When you’re selecting what’s gonna fill your bowl, make sure you check out the nutrition label first.
The cute and colorful boxes might give off a healthy, wholesome vibe, but in reality, most of the products in the cereal aisle are loaded down with sugar and artificial sweeteners. If you’re looking for something that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime, seek out a cereal that is high in fiber and low in the sweet stuff. Fiber is what gives you that full feeling, and most of us are actually lacking in the daily dietary fiber department.
Our go-to morning meal? Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Extra, which boasts 7 grams of fiber along with raisins and cranberries to give it a sweet taste without all that extra sugar. We promise, one bowl with some skim milk, and you won’t even notice when 10:30 snack time rolls around.
