if i have a zit, every time i feel myself start picking at it i instead get up and put medicine on it.
its simple, but it works!!

When I'm nervous I got into the bathroom and I pick at my face in the mirror and it leaves scars, I hate doing it but it relieves stress. I've tried to stop but every time I try I get stressed and I do it again even worse... What should I do? My skin is getting really bad now and I want it to stop :'(
