Summer might be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean your workout routine should! You’ve worked all summer to get your bod 100% beach-worthy—why not work to keep it? With school starting, try to keep time cut out in your day to hit the gym. These are some of my fave songs to work out to lately, and I always have them on repeat. Don’t forget to add them to your iPod before you hit the gym!

MODMODMOD Whats a fast and effective way to tone arms and thighs? I don't neccessarily want muscle, I just want to slim them down. Any advice?

 

Hey girl, Push-ups tone your arms, and try doing squats or wall sits to tone your thighs. Another great way to lim down is by doing a cardio workout!

Heyy, I was wondering if you had any tips on what i could do to get my mom to bring me to the gym. I keep wanting to go to my local gym and work out and swim, but she never can! I would go running on my road, but its irritating cause i have a dehydration issue where i find it easier t keep a water bottle with me at all times while running, and its irritating also when he bottles whacking my thigh!! Also, my road is way too steep and cars go REALLY fast around the corners so my parents get freaked about me walking there.
I try to find good times she could bring me there, but she never can (she's always late *shes a workaholic* and so she can't get way from her work...) How can I get her to take 15mins to bring me to the gym?? I tend to be pretty lazy, but when i do ask she spazzes and says that i should work out while cleaning *shes a neat freak too* (not to be mean, jsut in 'simple' terms)




Hey chica!

Tell your mom that you're trying to be healthier and stay fit! Ask if she can drop you off and then go run some errands and pick you up in an hour. I always used to ask my mom to take me to the gym and I would say, "Mom, can you take me to the gym? I'm trying to stay healthy so I can take care of you in your old age!" She thought it was pretty funny and it always worked! Good luck, girl!

MOD MOD MOD hey so ive been doing crunches and abs lately to get abs. but my stomach looks pudgier than it has b4 and sorta bothering like im thinking "i did all those crunches for this?" if i stick to doing crunches mill my stomach eventually get really slim if i get, say, a 4 pack? thank you please Tong

 

 

Hey girl. I'm not sure why your stomach is pudgy it could just be bloating or something like that. Make sure that you are working all of your abs (upper, lower, sides) by changing leg positions when doing crunches and are also doing some sort of cardio. If you add cardio then you should get slimmer.
