My family knows me as having a bottomless pit for a stomach. If I wanted to, I could snack for literally hours on end. My body doesn't say, "Hey girl, no more!" until I get to the point where I've eaten so much I feel sick.

I know it's not healthy, but a lot of times, I just never know when to stop. Since my body doesn't tell me when way too much is - well, way too much, I've recently decided to take charge and do something about it!

Now when I eat, I pay attention to how much I'm putting into my body. For example, if I go out to eat and I order a huge burger, I'll cut the burger in half when I get it, and take it home with me. This way, I know I am eating to the point where I am full, but not so full that I feel sick. An awesome added bonus? I have a great lunch for the next day!

It's been about a month since I've started doing this, and I definitely see a difference. I don't feel terribly stuffed after I eat anymore, because I know that I've eaten the right amount for my body. Instead of feeling sick, I feel totally satisfied and fulfilled after every meal, which a great feeling. By eating my fave foods in moderation, I was able to take control of my body and get into a healthier eating cycle.

I have the same prob. I can keep eating for days on end and im starting to gain weight for the first time. How can i stop without starving myself???

You need to eat more filling foods. Try proteins etc. ALso talk to your doctor to find healthy foods that will full you up. Good luck! xoxo kerra

is it bad to crack my neck? cuz i do it all the time. also what are some wardrobe musthaves cus i dont have that many good clothes. and what are some REALLY good books to read? also i recently got my hair cut and it has really short layers so its hard to pull back. any ideas? what is the best curler and straightener to get? a guy gave me his phone # and i really like him.....i dont have a phone, so i saved up for and itouch so i could text him. what should i say?

Hey girl,

It's not really bad for you to crack your neck, but it can turn into an annoying happen for the people around you who have to listen to it or watch. And some wardrobe must haves are just a great pair of jeans, cute fall boots, and some solid shirts that you can mix and match with anything. And for some great books, check out our site! For your hair, I would suggest pulling it back with a headband, bobby pins, or small clips. And you should ask your hairdresser or someone at a beauty products store for the best hair tools. And when you text the guy, you could just say something like "How's your summer going?" to get the convo flowing. x0x0

this may be messed up, but the 3 boys i babysit have competitions of how many boxes of macaroni they can eat. theyre like " what? not even one? I can do four, but this one time, chase ate six!" wowie. anyway, i am trying this but i am still always hungry and then i resort to some not so great options. a definite W.I.P.
