Hey girlie, that brownish discharge could be a couple of
different things, none of which you should worry about. What could be happening
is that your body is getting rid of old endometrial tissues, which line the
uterus, to make room for newer tissues. This cleaning process is perfectly
normal and makes sure that your uterus is ready for future periods. Another possible reason for the
brownish discharge is just old blood that’s ready to come out. Just because
it’s changed from a red to brownish color doesn’t mean you should be scared.
