Eyebrow pimples: Normal or not?

Pimples can form pretty much anywhere and everywhere on your body, so if they happen to pop up in your eyebrows, don’t stress about it.

It’s normal for acne to form all over the face. When you sweat, your pores open and a lot of times that sweat travels down and collections in your eyebrows. That sweat has grime, oil and styling product from your hair and forehead. When the pores close back up when you’re done exercising, dirt might get trapped inside, which causes pimples.

Although they aren’t fun, pimples happen. Don’t worry about where they pop up—just keep your skin scrubbed and maintain a good regimen with a facial cleanser. Washing your face in the morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed will help to fight these pimples and keep your skin clear.

Make sure you’re wearing the right shoes for your workout! Hitting the gym in flats or running in flip-flops won’t give your feet the support they need and can really hurt your ankles later on. Ouch!

You’re stranded after practice waiting for your ride (which is considerably late!). Luckily you have ____ to keep you busy.
