Lost without my BFF

 
My BFF and I have been friends since pre-K. Lately, she ignores me for other friends. She rarely invites me over. When I tried talking to her about it, she smiled and walked away. How can I make her understand I’m lonely?
 
Dear Lost Without a BFF,
I’m sorry you’re feeling lonely. But instead of striving to make your friend understand this, make new friends. Can you meet some girls at the pool or rec center? Who else like to swim or throw Frisbees or go to concerts or whatever it is you do in the summer? Going away for a vacation might also help clear your mind. Is there a camp friend or cousin you can visit? It’s possible you and your BFF will become close again, but when you see her, be upbeat rather than letting her know you feel lost. When you want to get closer to someone, it’s better to seem less needy.

MOD MOD MOD!!!!!! HELP!! Me an my "supposedly BFF" are sort of growing apart, she's had many hardships and her father is no longer around, and she is a great person, but lately she's been calling me a "major loser" and will only talk to her other friends, out parents know we are bffs so what would they think if we stopped hanging out after all we've gone to concerts, out of town, and several sleepovers together HELP!!!!

 


Hey missy, talk to her and ask her whats up. See where your friendship is or if she wants to continue being friends. Just see how she feels. Smile Smile

Mod Mod Mod
I have a really small room, Only enough room for a bed, a rug,a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. I want to make it look really good, but I cant fit anything else really big in. Any Ideas?

I think you should make your wall space pop! Add Christmas lights, photos of you and your friends, and ask your parents if you can paint a wall with chalkboard paint (you can write and draw whatever you want!) Have fun decorating! xoxox

MOD MOD MOD!! SOrry i'm modding so much... you don't have to answer this if your really busy with other stuff! anyway this is basiclly my prob but i'm still in the same school since kindergarten and i can't make new friends since i'm in immersion and they keep us separated. i have 2 friends in the other classes but no BFFS in my class. I was bffs with basiclly all the girls and now i'm not very close to them. this one girl is giving me tiny hints she wants to be bffs again (i think) but that is becuase shes losing her bff too. she also betrayed me. what should i doo??? Frown thank you if you answer if you don't i will manage!

 

Hey girl, everyone deserves a second chance, so try being her friend again. Maybe she's learned from her mistakes and is ready to be a good girlfriend. Give her a shot, and if she betrays you again then you'll know a friendship between you two isn't possible. Hope this helps!! Smile Smile

MOD! I was best friends with this one girl since kindergarten. Now, in 7th grade, she rarely hangs out with me anymore. She joined this one clique that we used to joke about last year, and now is as cold to me as the rest of them are. It hurts!!! Frown Any tips???

 

Hey girly, as people get older they start to experience with new things. She may have joined this new clique to fulfill a certain void. For instance, she may want to do what they like to do or become popular like they are (I'm not sure if they are but just saying). Have you spoken to her about it? Try calling her up and tell her how you feel. You guys may have been best friends but maybe she wants to move on from that and that's something you'll have to accept. People come and go. You will have other, better friends come along.
