Will my boobs flatten in my sleep?

There are so many rumors when it comes to puberty and breast growth. Short answer? No way! Breast growth is not at all determined by sleeping position. Contrary to what you may have heard, your breasts, or any other part of you, will not flatten out or deflate.

If you have your period, then sleeping on your stomach might worsen breast soreness because of extra pressure on the breasts, which are more sensitive at that time. The most important thing to do is to sleep in the position that is the most comfortable for you, so that you can get adequate sleep. Remember that is at least eight hours of shut-eye for tweens and teens. Sweet dreams!
