How to tell if he likes you


 
When you think a guy likes you how do you know for sure he's interested? My friends say that guys do certain things when they like you. Like, they act nervous or something. I was wondering what are the dead give away signs a guy likes you.

His Answer: “Guys sometimes act nervous, but that’s mostly just in the movies. If guys actually have a crush on a girl they’ll normally suck up a lot and do whatever the heck the girl wants them to do," advises Nish, 15. "Also, they’ll probably start talking to you more, but unless they’re really confident, they might not flirt, just be nice. And if he seems to be showing up a lot around you lately, he probably likes you."

Decoded: There is, unfortunately, no universal sign that will let you know if your guy is crushing. Just like every boy is different, the way he reveals his feelings is totally unique. But think about this: if you have trouble talking to a cutie, boys have it harder – they’re expected to make the first move. It wouldn’t be unreasonable for any dude to get nervous around his crush, but he also might try and be nice – sweet compliments, carrying your books, asking how you’re doing: those can all be signs he’s looking for love.

Your Move: The real trick is seeing if he acts differently around other girls. If he ignores your friends but pays lots of attention to you, it can mean you’re special to him. If you have feelings for him, try and reciprocate. It’ll make him more comfortable and encourage him to make a move. And if you just can’t wait? Don’t be afraid to ask-- guys love a straightforward, honest babe much more than a chica who just likes to play games.

So I really like this guy! He flirts with me A LOT! He's also always trying to be by me. We barley knew each other when he asked me for my number so now we text a lot. He comes by me at lunch and sits by me sometimes not all the time though. I also catch him looking at me a lot. And when I do he smiles and looks away quickly. Also he likes to flirt with other girls but when he does he always seems to look at me when he does like to make sure I'm watching. So do you think he likes me? And if you have any adivce it would be much appreciated!

mod!!!!!!!!! the guy i like sometimes teases me in situations and it seems as if im the only one he does this to. he's really funny and sometimes we have normal conversations like one time we were alone he remembered that i was in marching band and asked me why people in marching band thought it was hard and other times we have random conversations like last week when he was telling me about why he considered his shorts "dress shorts". whenever he sees me he usually comes overand talks to me. i think he may have had his friend take my regualar bio partner so i would have to partner up with him every time we do a lab and my friend says he looks at me alot but im not sure what to think because he never sucks up and certaintly dosent do what i say. please help

ok so i like my bestfriends cousin.My friend knows i like him.I wanted totell him i like him but i got scared so my friend did it for me.He said he'll keep that in mind.My friend says that means he likes me and i say it's a possibility he does.She also said when he looks at me she gets this look in eyes,but he goes to a different school.Does he like me back?

MOD!!!
Last week, this guy in my band class kept coming over to me, (hugging me, holding hands with me, kissing my cheeks, etc.) It seemed like he liked me, but this week he has not come over toward me (I found him in the hallway yesterday and hugged me, but then I had to go to track practice, and today, I waited for him so we could walk toward our classes together.) I like him, but I do not know if he likes me back. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It sounds like he came on really strong, but then backed away for some reason (he felt awkward, thought he came on TOO strong, got shy, got busy, etc.). Whatever it is, keep chatting with him, flirting, and see what happens! He'll send you hints if he's not into it anymore - but if he still seems like he's enjoying the flirting, keep it up and get to know each other even better! Smile

Please help!!
I like this guy and i think he likes me back but i'm not sure.his desk is right across from mine most of the time(it used to be then the teacher moved him and then last week i think he asked her to move back for the week and she let him!)hes come up with this slingshot thing made out of pencils that he uses to flick lead(usually at me)and hes always trying to steal my stuff. he emptied my desk once while i was outside getting my backpack.Me and my bff told the teacher and he got in a little bit of trouble but i'm not sure if i really like him that much he also shared his test score with me once? the thing is, my bff sits next to him in history and she says that he steels her stuff to!
What do you think please reply asap

It sounds like this boy is pretty immature and doesn't know how to talk to girls, so he steals their stuff instead. I think it is his way of being flirty. But since he is the same way with your BFF, it seems like he might be a bit of a player. Have you ever hung out with this boy outside of the classroom? Try sitting at his lunch table sometime if you want to get to know him, and see where it goes from there.
