Generally, no hair removal will permanently damage your skin. However, there are certain precautions you should take to stay safe.
Like any other hair removing cream, Nair or Veet is not advisable for girls with super sensitive skin. If you don’t have sensitive skin, though, you can try Nair or Veet, just be sure to follow the instructions. Doing a test patch on a small area of skin will let you know whether or not the product will irritate you. Leave the lotion on for a minimum amount of time, or else the product can burn your skin. Even if you follow the instructions, Nair or Veet can leave marks like razor burns—don’t worry, they aren’t permanent. Like razor burns, these marks will too fade away.

I use Veet sometimes if I have to but it doesn't really work and it never comes off the tub or your hands and smells REALLY bad

my friend used nair on her FACE!!! (idk why tho) she got these burn marks where ur smile lines should be the reason u have to b careful with nair is cause its acid so it burns ur hair so if u use it on bare skin (like she did) it burns ur skin

i use nair and i accidentally left it on too long and it burned a small sliver of skin off and left red bumps (they went away) so if you have small stubs of hair never go over the minimum of time! haha
