Dear Stress Mess,
You’re not alone, and I’m sorry you’re feeling stressed. Lots of hardworking people get overwhelmed because there isn’t enough time to do everything every day. But in the big scheme of things, there is enough time to do what matters. It’s just that you may have to study during the week, and flirt, chat and shop on weekends.
This doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some daily rest and relaxation. You can! Give yourself daily kickback time—whether that means taking a bath, e-mailing friends, reading a novel, doing yoga, listening to music, yakking on the phone or walking your dog.

I thought middle school was stressful too when I first started, but then you get used to it. Now I am a junior in high school but I'm taking all college classes. Now THAT is stressful. Today I have to: 1. Read and annotate 50 pages in a book on politics 2. Finish reading my American history 101 Ch. 20 3. Write an essay response to the essay "A Modest Proposal" 4. Calculus homework 5. Study for my English 101 and Calculus quizzes tomorrow 6. Create a study guide for my Chem class (Everyone has an F in this class so far) 7. Study for my year III medical class test tomorrow 8. Write two letters to the student body for my writing club! Now THAT is stressful. And this is a more relaxing day too.

Flavor: Pop the top for this electrifying, citrus-flavored gloss.
Fab Fact: This soda goodness has been slicking lips with a yummy fizz since 1976.
