My boobs are saggy. Should I consider implants?

I am 13, and I have quite large breasts for my age. I play volleyball, and I have an athletic build, but my boobs are saggy! I am wondering if I should get breast implants at an older age just to make them rounder. All my friends have rounder breasts than me. Is this normal?

What you call sagging is totally natural and normal, babe, so don’t freak out. Your skin stretches to accommodate your growth, whether it’s in your bum, your hips or your boobs. There’s certainly nothing wrong with it, and it happens to all girls and women.

When it comes to implants, that’s a decision for you and a doctor to make when you’re older. You should never get implants while you’re still growing, so while it may be an option in the future, should you want to augment the size of your breasts, I suggest putting it out of your mind for now.

And as for shape? Every girl is totally different. Your breast shape changes throughout your life. It depends on the size of your breasts, the hormones coursing through your body and even your mood or the weather. Learning to love your breasts instead of comparing them to your buds’ boobs is a healthy way to view your bod, so embrace ‘em!
