5 terrific things about being teeny

I am 14 years old and only 5'1". My doctor says I probably won't grow anymore, and I am the shortest of all my friends. I look weird next to them in pictures, since they are really tall. I can never find jeans that fit, and my parents don't allow me to wear high heels. I always seem to be peering up at people who are so much taller than me. Are there any advantages to being short?

From one 5’1” hunnie to another, I can confidently and happily tell you that being short is no big deal. There are tons of us petite pretties out there, so don’t feel like you’re in a major minority just ‘cause all of your friends are tall.

Here’s me best-of list for why being short totally rocks:

1. I can date anyone I want without worrying if he’s too short for me.

2. I’m always cute. Period.

3. I can wear sky-high heels (well, could, once my ‘rents let me) without towering over the world.

4. I always get the best hiding places when my friends and I play hide-and-go-seek. (OK, I might be a little juvenile sometimes…)

5. I never have to worry about pants being too short, or growing out of my favorite pair.

Build the list, babes! What are great things about YOUR height?
