I painted my toes with this clear polish the other day and it started peeling off so I started peeling it, I accidentally pulled of some of my nail and now I have a very painful hangnail. It hurts so much. It hurts all the time, when I step with my feet, when I try to put shoes/socks on, and when I move my toes. What should I do?

 

Hey girl! So, there are a couple of things you can do to help your hangnail. You can soak it in honey or olive oil which will soften the hangnail and ease the pain. Or, to get rid of your hangnail you can soak it in rubbing alcohol or salt water which will dry it out and cause it to fall off..hope this helps!

Mod mod I think I may have to get the gardasil shot! I hate getting shots to anyway my mom says that she's going to make me get it I'm in 8th grade and my doctor said that he doesn't recommend it until you start high school which for me is 10th grade I really don't want to get it! Idk what to do. So anyways I was wondering if when I go for a physical will my doctor(female) look down there? Because when I was 11 and had a physical my doctor(male) looked just to see how I was developing. But now that I'm older(14) do you think she will want to look at little more? Not like a gyno exam but maybe just like touching my vigina? And also do you think she will want to look at my boobs cuz I'm only a 30A and have been for 2 years . I'm very petite I barely fit 00 jeans and I only weigh 78 lbs. So yah but I did gain 10 lbs in a year which was good. But ya so what will my doctor do during the physical?
