It’s possible that Spanish finally clicked for this chica who sits behind you. But it’s also possible that she sneaked a peek at your quiz and copied a few answers. There’s no need to become a tattletale in a sitch like this, though if you want to tell the teach, you certainly can. Nobody should get away with cheating.
So what to do? Be your usual, friendly self, but don’t be a doormat. The next time somebody asks you for an answer, offer to help them figure it out, say, “Oh, I don’t know about that one,” or change the subject.
And for your next quiz or test, it’s time to go on defense. Round your back over your desk and move your arms over the page as you fill in each answer so nobody else can steal a glance at your paper. You don’t need to accuse anyone to stop the cheating. Just make it impossible for them to cheat off of you.

POSTED IN school, bust school stress, smart girl secrets, in trouble
Hey topaz1116 you asked what the big deal is about cheating? Well, first and foremost it won't help you learn, there isn't anything wrong with studying for a test with a friend, but when you swap answers. You're hurting yourself. If you cheat off of someone else it isn't fair to them, because they probably worked hard to get the answers (plus if they're wrong you're copying wrong answers). Oh, and this is just my personal opinion, but cheating is kind of plagiarism (which is illegal). Lastly, if you get caught the consequences are harsh, in the long run it won't help your education and can get you in a lot of trouble.

There is really no proof that she is cheating...I wouldn't say a word. You could cause a mess for someone who (like the article said) had the language click. I had situations like this were one time the answers just hit me. Maybe it was the same for her.

Nobody should get away with cheating, and telling the teacher that someone is cheating is not being a tattle tale! Good luck with this situation chica!

I cheat all the time, like in my Spanish class me and my friends were sharing answers. What's the big deal?

Flavor: A minty gloss that tastes and smells just as scrumptious as the original cookies.
Fab Fact: This yummy collaboration was cooked up in 2011.
