What to do when you're sitting next to a cheater

In Spanish class, I’m the girl everyone asks for answers. A few days ago, the girl who sits behind me—who is really bad at Spanish, to tell the truth—asked if she could pull my desk back so she could put her feet up on my chair…right before a quiz. When we got our papers back, our teacher announced that I got a perfect grade. And so did she. I don’t want to tattle, but I also don’t want her to cheat off me. What should I do?

It’s possible that Spanish finally clicked for this chica who sits behind you. But it’s also possible that she sneaked a peek at your quiz and copied a few answers. There’s no need to become a tattletale in a sitch like this, though if you want to tell the teach, you certainly can. Nobody should get away with cheating.

So what to do? Be your usual, friendly self, but don’t be a doormat. The next time somebody asks you for an answer, offer to help them figure it out, say, “Oh, I don’t know about that one,” or change the subject.

And for your next quiz or test, it’s time to go on defense. Round your back over your desk and move your arms over the page as you fill in each answer so nobody else can steal a glance at your paper. You don’t need to accuse anyone to stop the cheating. Just make it impossible for them to cheat off of you.

Hey kylovesjoe98, just tell your parents how afraid you are. These days it's very likely a kid could bomb a school. It could be a prank, but it's better to be safe than sorry. And you probably won't be the only one missing a day from school. I'm sure your teachers will understand the only reason kids are missing days is because they're afraid. Hope this helps! Xoxo

PLEASE answer this question before tomorrow!!!! At my school, there has been a bomb threat. On the mirror in one of the bathrooms, it said: I will bomb the school at 12:45pm on January 26, 2012. I am VERY scared to go to school tomorrow. The cops were at school today at the end of the day to check it out, but Im still scared. Is there anything I can do to convince my parents that I dont want to go to school?????? I just dont want to die and I know its unrealistic that a kid in middle school would have a bomb, but there are other things like fireworks... Even if there is a fire, I will cry~~ I am deathly afraid of fire. Please help and I dont want it to be like another Columbine situation. PLEASE help. Thanks!

Nothing to OMG, but at school, we are having a party with My math class, and Hawaiian BBQ themes, can you list as many things as we can bring, try to be creative! Thanks but, we already have stuff like:
Juice
Skirts
Ham burger's
Capri sun
Napkins
forks
Etc, etc. Try to lean towards desserts or sweats please. If not, just list as many as you can think of. THANKS!

So in school we hadthis thing where we had to say one thing that we dont like people doing to us and so i said " i dont like it when people say they hate me " and my teacher said ok and then a bunch of people said " who could hate you?" and one girl jill said it but she doesnt even try to like be y friend. So toget to my point what does that mean ??????? like is it good or bad that she said that? Thanks in advance

If she isn't your friends, don't worry about why she said it. Just be happy that people don't hate you.

This MIGHT sound REALLY DUMB, but in 4th grade, these Kid's made up something called "The Matthew Touch" Because of this one gross Kid. It's about if Matthew touches you, you have to pass on his "Touch" to someone else. It's kind of like the Cheese Touch from Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Today, Matthew walked by me and we kind of touched. I've touched A LOT of people and A LOT of objects in my house, but my OCD AND Anxiety (I have OCD AND Anxiety) are telling me that it's not gone! What should I do? I know I sound REALLY DUMB right now, but still, I want it gone! Please help!

Omg girl...really? You're way too smart to be giving in to such gossipy stuff! Matthew doesn't have a "touch" you have to get rid of - he's a normal kid and, unfortunately, is getting bullied by your class for nothing he's done wrong. Be above this and stop trying to "get rid of his touch." There's nothing to get rid of! Do you do this after EVERYONE touches you? Nope. So remind yourself that he's a normal person and there's nothing to transfer or get rid of. And please try to be nicer to him by not buying into this nonsense <3

I need help just getting a BF! I have a crush on someone but I don't think he likes me.Some of my friends already know about the crush...and I'm really nervous and scared is someone goes ahead and tells him that i like him because he might say he doesn't like me and that might break my heart

But I don't know what 2 do...should I go ahead and tell him or wait till he ask me?

It's your call -- if he doesn't bring it up and you don't want to talk about it, there's no reason you have to, even if you think he might know. But if you want to tell him, go for it!
