There’s nothing better than swaddling yourself in a plush blanket on a cold October night. Right? Start a fall project and knit one yourself (or ask grandma—pretty please!), head to the fabric store and grab some fleece, or snag a spare from the linen closet.

Turn up the heat!

Sometimes kicking it—er, cuddling it—old school is the best way to go. The old-fashioned hot water bottle is no exception. If your tootsies are like ice when you hit they hay, or your room is wicked drafty (or you’ve got the worst cramps ever), try getting cozy with a hot water bottle. Seriously.

 

Let there be light

The way you light your bedroom can totally change the feel of it. Sure, we like twinkling string lights for the holiday season, but for fall, turn up the temp (without touching the thermostat) by swapping out your neutral-colored lampshades for ones painted in jewel tones.

MOD MOD so i used this facial hair removal cream on my upper lip. now my lip feel kinda funny and not all of the hair came off. is this okay? normal? thanks!!

 

Hey girly, mhmm it could've been the chemicals in the remover that left your lip feeling funny. I would give it some time before you applied anymore removal cream to it. If you don't feel anything else wierd you should be fine. Smile Smile

MOD!!! ok so this doesnt rele relate....haha but ok so i have thin hair that gets greasy REALLY fast!!!! i have to tak a shower every day and wash my hair everyday and i get my hair cut every 10 weeks ish so i have a decent amount of split ends :/ im gonna get it trimmed in 3 weeks but what can i do to prevent split ends?!?!?!?! i use hydrating shampoo and conditioner and i use heat protectant. im gonna let my hair grow a couple more inches to cut 4 locks of love so i wanna keep it healthy,THANKS A TON!!! Smile

 

Hey girlfriend, since you only have three weeks until trimmed, I would just keep doing the same things. Keep it moisturized and clean, and you'll be fine. Smile Smile

Mod mod mod!!!!! Ok, so my best friend, lets call her j. So j and i decided to start a business. We make some of the things for our business and make them and took pictures of them together. Then i dont see her for a month since we go to different shcools, so that whole time i dont see her she gets one of her other friends, makes a website for the business, takes more photos of it, starts selling them, and doesnt tell me anything about it. The i finally see her and ask her what i can do to help and she admits that she and the other friend started up the business when i was in it first. So she technically kicked me out of the business. Shes done stuff like this before to me for a long time now. Should i still be friends with her? Thanks 4 the help! -katie

 

Hey girly, that's a descision you're going to have to make. Although she did this to you, has she been a good friend before in the past? Do you trust her? Make a list of all the good and bad parts of your friendship and see which side is longer, then decide. Hope this helps!! Smile Smile
