There’s nothing better than swaddling yourself in a plush blanket on a cold October night. Right? Start a fall project and knit one yourself (or ask grandma—pretty please!), head to the fabric store and grab some fleece, or snag a spare from the linen closet.

Even if you don’t light it, a candle can bring the autumn indoors. Try one of our favorites—it smells like cranberries and oranges!

Turn up the heat!

Sometimes kicking it—er, cuddling it—old school is the best way to go. The old-fashioned hot water bottle is no exception. If your tootsies are like ice when you hit they hay, or your room is wicked drafty (or you’ve got the worst cramps ever), try getting cozy with a hot water bottle. Seriously.

 

Let there be light

The way you light your bedroom can totally change the feel of it. Sure, we like twinkling string lights for the holiday season, but for fall, turn up the temp (without touching the thermostat) by swapping out your neutral-colored lampshades for ones painted in jewel tones.

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD Please answer!! I really want to model, but I'm 13 and only 5'4. I got my period over a year ago, and I think that after a year you stop growing.... How can I grow taller?? Natural ways please!! I know milk and all that helps, but anything else?

 

Hey chica, there are many different categories of modeling. You might not be able to be a runway model, but you can always model in clothing catalogues, commercials and for different beauty ads. There are many short models out there who are very successful, so this is a career you can pursue. Look for some agencies that specialize in different modeling. Search through google and see what you have to do to be represented by them. Hope this helps ya!!!! Smile Smile

MOD MOD MOD I have OCD with neatness. My sister got me a screen protector for my ipod and when she put it on there were a few air bubbles. I had the urge to 'fix' it and when i did it turned out worse. I ruined the screen protector over frustration and now i want to cry. I'm on the urge of throwing my ipod out the window. What do i do? And theres no my sister i wll understand or get me a new one, she has anger issues and any time i do something wrong i end up with a black eye.

 

Hey chicky, just take a few deep breaths and calm down. Everything will be okay. Remember it's just a screen protector and you can always get another one. And you might not even need a screen protector, all you have to do is keep it clean. Tell your parents how your sister hits you because that's not okay.
