Is Cori B. the next Willow Smith?

It was inevitable that 12-year-old Cori B. would be super talented. She is, after all, the daughter of Snoop Dogg. So you would expect her to be groomed for stardom, right?—and leveling with the talent of another celebuspawn tween. Willow Smith, we’re looking at you.

The budding star just released the music video for her single “Do My Thang” and, we’ve gotta say, the ice cream store/bakery is the perfect setting for Cori B.’s innocently sweet first tune. (Though we couldn’t stop laughing when Snoop Dogg walks out in a shower cap.)

Perfect to blast with your girls on the car ride home from school on Friday afternoons, we can’t wait to hear what other songs this chica’s got up her sleeve when her debut CD is scheduled to release next year.

Wanna see Cori B. live?

She’ll be performing at ZAMFEST in Long Beach, California this Saturday! A festival centered around inspiring kids to seek out their passions, we urge all you GL stars near the area to go ahead and check it out. For more info on the arts and music festival, CLICK HERE.

What’s your biggest passion? Think Cori B. has what it takes to be as popular as Willow Smith? Blog about it, babes.
