Well it’s happening this Sunday, Oct. 16, at 8 pm ET/PT on Disney Channel—and this time Tiffany Thornton and Leo Howard join in on the hidden camera antics.

What will happen? Twelve-year old-Darby is asked to help Tiffany Thornton write a song for a new video game device, but Darby’s such a good songwriter that she is asked to write the entire song alone. Leo Howard’s biggest fan, 14-year-old Matt, will join him in a martial arts class that’s actually a fake form of karate called Floating Swan. When Leo challenges the Senesei to see what form of karate is better--Floating Swan or Kicking Panther--Matt gets a crash course in Kicking Panther, and hilarity ensues.

I have some belly fat i want to get rid of. I heard sit ups work but those hurt. My sister said its supposed to hurt because you are working your mucels but i thought i was just supposed to feel the stretch?

Hey girl,

Your sister is right - the "hurting" or burning you feel is the muscles working in ways they haven't before, which makes them stronger and burn calories. If you don't like crunches, jog or do kickboxing (cardio) and pair that with a good, healthy, well-rounded diet!

i definetly think the show is bad because it's obvious that those kids aren't surprised at all'; im sure they already knew about it and they're like actors! cuz i mean i highly doubt "selena's BIGGEST fan" wouldn't be able to recognize her...
