Is my crush using me?


 
I think my crush is using me to get another girl jealous, but I'm not completely sure. He only talks to me when the other girl is with me, and other then that, he ignores me. Plus, I am definitely not as pretty as her.

Hey, cutie, believe it or not, not all boys go for looks when it comes to the girls they like! But if your crush is ignoring you when you're not with the other girl, he sounds like a shallow boy who is def not worth your time. If he pays more attention to the other girl when you're with her, don't let it get you down. Move on from this crush because you deserve someone better. 

There is a chance, though, that he's just shy and might not be comfortable talking to you alone. Give it some time and look for other signs that he may like you. Does he have in-depth conversations with you, or do you usually chat about things like school or the weather? He might like you if he makes an effort to talk to you about anything and everything. If you get the feeling that he is just shy, make more of an effort to talk to him alone. Ask him for help with math, or catch him at the end of the day before he leaves his locker.

You might think that this girl is prettier than you, but don't let that bring down your confidence! Boys are drawn to girls that like themselves, so wear clothes that you feel great in and project a good vibe when you talk to him (or any other cuties you crush on). Make eye contact, speak clearly, and don't forget to smile!

Although I think he's trying to make me laugh but it's a little harsh.
Sometimes he's really nice and wants to hangout, other times he
Wants me to stop talking to him. It's hard for me to tell if he likes me
Because he doesn't talk about his feelings to anyone. Not even his
Guy friends. How do I let him know I like him and that he can tell me anything. Most important, does this mean he's interested in me?

Ok so here's the situation...
I'm in 8th grade and I've liked a boy since we were in 6th grade, and it hasn't changed at all. I don't have any classes with him tho, so the only times i see him are in the hallway. I also get really shy around him. What do i do?????? HELP PLEASE! :/

 

Hey girly,

You need to try and find a way to talk to him about something you have in common. That way you become more comfortable with him and you'll be letting him get to know you. Good Luck!

Hey smileygirl555, you have to put those nerves aside and go after your man. Whenever you feel ready to approach him, already have what you're going to say planned out, that way once you get nervous you won't be tongue tied. You could start flirting by simpling waving and smiling when you see him. Complimenting him on his clothes or hair will help too. And any chance you get to be near him take it. You could walk near him in the hallways or stand behind him in lunch lines. If you have a friend that knows him get them to introduce you. Hope this helps!! Smile Smile
