Fun fall workouts to sneak in without thinking about it!


 
This fall season, get a workout without even knowing it! Some activities that you would do already can be just as fulfilling as a boring workout at the gym or a run by lonesome. After you won't even realize how beneficial they are because you will be having so much fun.

Mountain biking – It’s an easy and fun way to get outside and zap calories fast. Find a trail and get wheeling! Biking puts less stress on your joints than running outside or on a treadmill and can help strengthen your endurance level, to boot.

Pogo sticks – The childhood toy can be just as useful as a hardcore cardio workout with out having to be stuck inside. The constant jumping strengthens your legs and core. Gave yours away? Hop for 15 min. on a trampoline.

Raking leaves – Joining family or friends in the great rake is a fab way to build up your arm muscles. By raking leaves for just an hour you can burn up to 400 calories! (Way more than you could burn by going on a walk.) To make it even more productive, attach a weight to the pole of the rake for extra results.

Basketball – Join your bro or drag Dad outside for a quick game that’ll give your lower and upper bod a tough workout. Running across the court will benefit your lower limbs, while all that passing and shooting will pump up those ‘ceps. Score!
