My breasts are sore in the a.m.

 

 

When your breasts are growing, as yours probably are, it’s not abnormal for them to be sore. You’ve heard of growing pains when you get taller, right? For boobs, the pain is similar. As they grow, your skin has to stretch to cover them, leading to a feeling of soreness.

 

However, the way you sleep could be adding to your dilemma. Do you snooze on your tummy? Consider shifting to your side, or pulling a soft pillow beneath you so your boobs aren’t pressing into the mattress all night. Do you sleep in a bra? Try removing it before you hit the sack.
