Young celebs were looking all sorts of ah-dorable in Hollywood this past weekend for Variety’s Power Of Youth Initiative, which honored young entertainers and their dedication to humanitarian causes. Neither of them were pretty. Chloe's top clashes with the skirt,and Hayley's doesn't look like an outfit.

i like everything about hailee's outfit EXCEPT the shoes and socks not nice at all so CHLOE for me hers is cute i like and definitly would wear it
