I am too short, and everybody calls me “Shrimp.” I try to eat healthful food, but it doesn’t seem to help at all. Any suggestions? – Shorty

 

I am too tall and look older than I am. I have started my period, and the other girls in my class haven’t. Guys in my class act as if they’re scared of me or something. – Too Tall

 

Dear Short and Tall,

You’re both fine the way you are. Work on accepting your height because you can’t change it. And remember, everyone grows at their own pace. Eventually, short kids stretch a few inches, and tall girls stop growing. I know it’s hard when girls and boys grown at such different rates, but just hang in there! Puberty requires patience.

I used to have a BF but acted all weird and wouldn't talk to me. I stay up all night one time cause I kinda wanted to break up with him. I finally did, I had my friends do it and he got really mad! He started sending me weird texts and soon he started calling me names! I want a new BF! He needs to get a taste of his own medicine, I think. I wanna make him jealous but I don't wanna be mean! Help me PLEASE!!! 😭😭💔💔

MOD! I'm in 9th grade and i dont like my body so i think im fat.. so i was thinkin about becoming anorexic.. i told my guy freind and he fliped nad called me mean names and stuff and called me stupid nad blah.. so i told him i wouldnt do it but im thinkin bout doing it like for reals.. i cant do diets cuz i cant follow them! plz help!!! i feel like i lied to him cuz i said i wouldnt do it but i want to.

being short can be fun so can being tall,being short .u can sneek around big groups or crowds , and being tall u may not fit in , my bff is super tall but i have to deal with it . just be proud of yourself the way u are.im 14 and realy short its acturley preety fun being short
