HELP!
Okay so on one of the make-up videos the girl put on a really pretty blue eyeliner and i want to buy! The only prob is that i have blonde hair and blue eyes so i dont know if it would look good on me! And i dont know where they sell it!
Can anyone help me?????? THANKS X100,000,000 :-D

Hey Doll,

Brown eyes look fab in purple eyeshadow, and a jewel-toned smoky eye is perf for the holiday season! But for everyday wear, go for more neutral colors, like browns and light pinks. Brown eyeliner and mascara are also good for brown eyes (black is good too, but brown will make your eyes stand out more). For night, play around with eyeliner shades: navy, green, and purple all look amazing with brown eyes. You can also use eyeliner to make your eyes look smaller: just line both under your eyes and on your eyelids to define your shape. And don't go to heavy on the mascara. A clear or faintly tinted mascara will give your lashes just the right amount of drama without widening your eyes.
