Luckily, there are no health issues associated with wearing two bras, but it can be uncomfortable. Lots of girls wear the wrong bra size, so the best thing to do is get fitted by a professional (your friend can find one at a department store) to find the best bras for your body.

MOD MOD MOD!!!! I have my period and all that... But, I don't have a bra!! Well, I just wear those tank tops to school with the bras already built into them, but not an actual bra! I have some from like 2 years ago, but they don't fit me anymore! I don't have huge boobs but I need a bra! How should I ask my mom without it being really weird and stuff??? Help me!!!!!! Why would it be weird, girlie? She knows what it's like to have breasts and have to buy bras, it's not as if it'll be any real surprise to her. Just casually toss it out there next time you're at the mall together, or just when you're at home. It's as simple as asking if you can stop to get sized for some new bras. Jordan S.

Hey sparkles333, thongs would probably be the best thing for you to wear. Ask your volleyball coach or girls on your team about what to wear. Since they play they'll have the best suggestions for you. Hope this helps!
