Taylor looks better. Selena's dress is too skimpy; it is low cut and has a thigh-high slit. On the other hand, Taylor's hair is bit casual and I never liked her with straight hair. Selena's hair is really pretty.

I will admit both are amazing but personally I think Selena pulled out before Taylor. Although I would diue for either one of their dresses SElena has me hooked.Even Taylor's hair and makeup isn't good. My best friend loves Selena Gomez, but (no offense) I don't think shes as amazing as she thinks she is. Its just that I'm not into the style of music she makes. I'm more Taylor Swift. And when ever I tell her that I like her music, she makes fun at me, and then gets mad I don't like Selena Gomez as much as Taylor Swift. I don't know what to do! I mean, I know we are totally BFF's for life, but I hate how we always fight about this! DO you have any ideas about how I can stop this fight?

Next time she starts getting mad at you, shrug your shoulders and simply say, "We're allowed to have different opinions! Let's not force each other to like one or the other." Then try to change the subject. All friends have some things in common and some total differences, so you're not weird! So there is this girl in my class (M): She doesn't really have friends so she always stalks me and my friends. We don't like her at all! She is really mean and agressive, she calls us bad words, refuses to share her stuff but demands the same stuff out of us, etc... It's really annoying! Sometimes she pinches us really hard, it hurts! You need to be firm and honest with this chick. She's bullying you guys - and it's not ok, even if she doesn't have friends. The next time she does something aggressive, hurtful, or mean, speak up. Say something strong like, "You know what, this has gone on too long. I don't appreciate being disrespected and I think you should get a better hobby." Say it with confidence. You have to stand up to her so she knows she can't walk all over you guys! <3

A lot of people are commenting that the people saying that Selena's dress is too reaveling are wrong. I think that the dress IS to revealing. I find that there are many younger girls who are Taylor and Selena fans, and I just find that the dress Taylor is wearing is more appropriate for younger girls. Selena's however, is not something that little girls should want to wear from a young age.

Mod- So this guy asked me where i live. I told him the state that i live in, but not the specific place. (i told him i live somewhere in my state that i don't) and i told him that one day we didn't have school because it snowed. (which was true!) I lied to him about where i live because we've only known each other for about a month. He asked me if i liked snow, and when i told him, "Ya, but after awhile it gets annoying". He asked, "aw why? It doesn't snow in ________" What do i do? I feel bad for lie- ing but at the same time we were just starting to know each other ya know? Should i tell him the truth- that i really don't live where i said i lived? or- say "it snows over here but it's rare" (it's true, over in _______ it snows but it's rare) I know i shouldn't have told him the state that i lived in but i was scared he would've gotten mad at me if i didn't tell him. What should i do? Thanks! Smile

So wait...you've never met this guy? Did you meet him online? If so, it was definitely a smart choice to keep your real location a secret...but you gotta be even MORE careful about the info you give out. Even small details that don't seem like a big deal could be clues about you. I know you want to believe the guy because you're getting to know him and you like him a lot. But if you don't know him, you don't know him - you have no way to know for sure if he's who he says. And in a LOT of cases, the person isn't! Personally, I wouldn't tell him you lied - and I wouldn't tell him the truth. I'd probably try to start talking to him less and less. You can't build a friendship or a relationship on lies, but you can't tell this guy the truth because it's 100% not safe. It's just not a good situation to be in <3

I've seen way worse and atleast Selena's dress flatters her body and it's something new and different, while the sparkly dress is pretty but the style has been going on for a while. Definitely Selena! Sorry Taylor but its just something about her hips that doesnt quite look right. Selena has originality and its unique, and i dont think its too revealing.. people if you think thats revealing... why dont you check out some of the clothes today, i bet you could find many cute things that are more revealing than this dress.

Taylor is dressed a whole lot more appropiat than Selena. Selena's dress doesn't say anything other than i want to grow up way to fast and turn into another Miley Cyrus.Taylor's says that I respect myself and realize that I have young girls as fans so I should dress as a good role model for them and protect them from what little I can in this cruel, disgusting world. Thank you Taylor for being so modest.

MOD!! i need some help!! i have a banquet this weekend and about 100 of my state officials are going to be there!! but i am wearing a ruby red dress and idk how i need to do my eyeshadow with a red dress!.. idk if i should do something light and neutral or what! (if it helps i have a fair complection with blue eyes) thanks!! Smile




Generally, with a bright, bright color like red, you'd want to balance it out with a neutral makeup.  But in this case, it's a formal event, so you may be able to tow the line here.  You're free to do a smoky eye, if you'd like, but make sure that it's not a harsh color.  Try maybe a gray or a brown.  Or just go with neutral shades like I mentioned before, that's a no-fail answer.
