Toss that Hershey’s bar to the side and opt for a square or two of really dark chocolate.

I'm totally cutting out soda. Seriously, I could go without it. And I prefer juice over soda anyway. And since I don't like the idea of drinking my calories, I mostly stick to water when I'm thirsty.
