This add is fine . . . It could be fake. And honestly what difference does it make if you are sitting on train tracks whether you're 10 years old or 40 years old? Either way, if you don't move you're dead. So I don't really understand.

i'm caught in the middle here.. i mean i agree with musicluver30 that she does look like she wished to have some harm done to herself and also with massieb that teenagers aren't going to be stupid and sit on a train track so we could be like a famous person. While it probally wasn't the smartest thing to sit on a train track just for a picture, I don't think it's worth banning the entire add. but then again, some teens might think that taking pictures by a train track is a safe thing because a bunch of adult photographers let a kid do it, and if I were a parent, I wouldn't want my kids getting that idea. So I'm really half and half for both sides.

Oh my word. That is so silly. She's not hurt, they probably took measures to insure her safety.

its no problem what so ever i mean seriously, they're banning it because shes in a dangerous position... come on!!!!!! I totes agree with massieb because honestly we're not as stupid as they'd like to think!!!

I'm going to have to agree with this being a bad pic! I mean not only is this girl sitting on the tracks, but from my first impression, she looked sad and I thought that she almost intended to have some harm done. Not a good message...I mean right?
