Hey soccer_rox8, you could always wear the skirt with some cute tights or socks. It will also look nice with uggs, flats or heels. To thin out thick nail polish only apply one coat or two coats. I bought this really cute black, straight but vertically pleated(so it doesnt have layers like a tutu) skirt but the thing is is that i don't normally wear skirts to school so i was wondering what were some cute& simple ways to 'introduce them".
