My boyfriend and I have been dating for just about a month. I'm really self conscious about everything and I was complaining to him about it one day. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror and I kept on thinking about how I could lose weight here, have better this and that, etc. He turned to me as I was talking and looked me right in the eye as he said, "Stop for five seconds and look.
