How to meet new guys

 

I'm thirteen years old and I am allowed to date. I'm not really interested in any of the guys that go to my school, and I was wondering how I could make more girl and guy friends outside of school. Any suggestions?


Hey girly! Just because your parents gave you the green light to date doesn't mean that you have to find a BF pronto. It's worth the wait to find a guy that you really like and not force it because you feel like you have to. If you are feeling the urge to have a boy in your life though, it's totes okay. Having someone to talk to and be there when you have no plans on a Friday night is never a bad thing.
 
To meet new people though, you have to be willing to do new things and go to new places. Join and rec basketball team or a coed soccer league, get out there and get active. Girls who aren’t afraid to get a little dirt under their nails are more appealing to guys, because it shows that they can have a good time and don’t sweat the small stuff.


If sports just aren’t your niche, join the community center drama club or volunteer at a homeless shelter through your church or place of worship. Meeting new people can be easy, as long as you are open to it and make yourself available.

Hey! Okay, so I'm a competitive dancer, and nationals are coming up really soon. I'm really nervous cuz I haven't been able to get any lessons to prepare. All the practicing I've been able to do is on my own! I'm really worried, cuz I've been looking forward to this and it's super important to me. Any advice? Thx-a-million! Xox<3







Hey girly! The best you can do is practice as often as possible. The more confident you are, the better you'll do. And, before the competition, make sure to get enough rest. You don't want to be tired up there performing. I'm sure you'll do great! If you believe in yourself, then the judges will, too. Good luck, and let me know how it goes! Smile

My stepdad is driving me crazy!!!
He's all about me wanting to be a prefect Christian girl. I want to have a boyfriend, drive, and go to public school but he says I can't do that unless I join his tai kwon do class cuz he thinks every boy in the world is terrible. My mom is less strict about this stuff but I don't know what to do.
HELP ME!!!!!!

 

hey! try talking with your mom about how you feel maybe you can all sit down and come to a compromise on these things. If not, you have to accept his rules, or you'll be miserable. Trust me, you'll find ways to get through it if you can stay positive and never stop being you!

I've never had this happen and feel really scared and nervous but I have no clue why. Should I be nervous, how can I overcome this, and why might I be nervous?

This doesn't sound crazy at all! I think it's totally normal to be nervous about a first date! I don't think you can overcome it though, but just think about it as excitement and not nervousness. This is going to be great, I'm sure you guys will have a great time! Have fun Smile

ok so yesterday i was hanging around with my bff(which now shes my ex bff),my crush n his friends.so we were all talking n my ex bff said to him ''who would u date me or her'' n he said ''u(ex bff)cuz she(me)is flat chested.'' so then i got mad and i found out what he thinks bout me and now i dont know what to do...HELP!!!!!




I think you are over reacting. Did your friend ask that question in order to see if he liked you or because she likes him. You should find out the truth.
