Never been kissed: Does it matter to my guy?


 
I’m 14 and haven’t been kissed. Do guys care about those sorts of things?
 

If a guy’s really into you, he’s not going to be concerned with who you have—or haven’t—kissed. Besides, leading up to that first lip-lock, he’ll probably be too wrapped up with whether his breath stinks or what to do about his desert-dry mouth to think about anything else. But if you’re worried about your lack of kissing history, go ahead and tell the guy you’re a little nervous. I’m sure he’ll be happy to give you some helpful hints.

al my friends are dating eachother and today my fried asked out my bff and she said yes i feel like everyone around me is moving to fast and it annoying any tips?
plz help




Hey girlie,

If you're just annoyed that they're dating and "moving fast," try to take a step back and remember that it's their lives. They can make their own choices and I'm sure they're moving at the pace that's right for them, even if it's not what you would do in their shoes. But since everyone around you is dating, are you sure this isn't coming from jealousy? It's easy to wish you had the same chances at dating and, instead, get a little mad about it. If that's the case, try to put yourself out there! Get to know new guys, join a new club/sport to meet them, or go for it and ask out the crush you've had for ages. They might say no, but you'll never know until you get out there and try! <3

MODMODMOD My friend is always showing off and stuff about how sweet and nice her boyfriends are...and she has one ALL the time.Shes always bragging and talking about how they are going to kiss after school yada yada yada.ive never had a boyfriend and have never been kissed. its really starting to get to me and i dont know how to handle bcuz i feel like shes hurting me or trying to push me into getting a bf.i also feel like shes just trying to make me jealous bcuz she thinks i have a perf life(prob bcuz i get good grades) but i so do not.any advise? thx




Hey Chica,

You're friend is most likely trying to make you jealous because she is insecure, and it's working. Realize that no one's life is perfect, and don't let her comments get to you. If she's going on and on about her latest bf, say something like "I'm happy for you and your relationship, but let's talk about something else," and change the subject.
