When I'm with my crush, I get really
wound up and can't stop talking. He's two years older than me, so he
probably thinks I'm so annoying. Is there a way I can calm down
Hey girly! You should never change who
you truly are to get a guy to like you. But if you feel that it is
just while in his presence you are acting this way just calm yourself
down before you see him. Taking 3 deep breaths can instantly calm you
down and put you in a more relaxed mode. Just remind yourself that
there is no need to be so wound up and that he will like you for who
you really are.
If you find that
staying calm still isn't working maybe you just have a lot of energy
inside. Try and get rid of some of your energy before you know you
will see him by hitting the gym for a quick work out or going for a
run around your neighborhood. If you don’t have a ton of energy,
then you wont be so wound up. Also, caffeinated drinks can really get
make you hyper when you drink too much, so cutting back on your soda
intake may be a good idea.
But remember, if you are naturally an
energized person, don’t calm yourself down for a boy. Find someone
who can keep up with you and wont hold you back.
