My nose freaks over fragrances

 
This is weird, but when my mom puts on her perfume, my nose gets clogged and I can't breathe. My mom took me to the doctor for an allergy test, but I'm not allergic to any types of perfume. Why am I reacting this way?

 

Your nose is a very sensitive part of your body, especially when it comes to strong smells. Scented products tend to irritate your nasal passages and cause you to exhibit allergy-like symptoms, such as watery eyes and a runny nose. Though it, may look and feel like an allergic reaction, really your nose just doesn’t like the smell.

 

There isn’t much you can do to avoid this other than eliminating strong scents from your environment. If you’re interested in wearing a fragrance yourself, try ones that are very lightly scented, or something all natural, like an essential oil.

I have that exact same problem, but it only depends how strong the perfume/cologne is. My dad would always spray really strong cologne all over himself before he went some where and I'd get massive migranes, a soar throat, and a runny nose.

MODMODMODMODMOD sometimes when i lie on my stomach for no reason or am really tense or nervous i get this really good pulsing feeling down there. it lasts for about 10-15 seconds? what is is and why do i get it? it feels sooo good im embarrassed to say. i get excited when it happens :0....is it bad or abnormal? its a tingly pulsing feeling....HELP!

 

Hey futurewriter16, no it's not abnormal. As you get older, you body welcomes sensations like this. It is probably because you're thinking about something maybe sexual or something that arouses you. You're defintely not the only one experiencing this. No worries girl. Xoxo

I just got my second period. The first one was really heavy and lasted eight days. Does that mean this one will to? Will it last as long? Thanks!







Hey girly girl! It's totally normal for periods to be irregular at first, so it's hard to tell whether or not you can expect long periods. Your periods should start to even out after a few cycles, and then you'll have a better idea.

Take the stairs more than once. When you’re at home, run up and down the stairs three or four times before heading to your room. It’s a sneaky way to stay active.
