habits is to schedule them into your weekly planner every single week, then
make sure you're treating them like any other appointment,” Laura says. “One
thing I did when I was in high school was post sticky notes around my room with
motivational sayings. They were always front-and-center so I couldn't ignore
them and I was more likely to follow through.”
