hi so i need advice on a prom dress im going shopping tmr and i have big legs due to the muscle in them i have an athletic body type and i play soccer basketball ice hockey baseball and i do alot of running. my biceps do have a small muscle but not huge i have flat abs and are kinda like a six pack what should my dress be like? sorry about spelling PLEASE NO LINKS!!!!!! thanks Smile




Hey girlie,

Try shooting for necklines that will flatter your athletic body type! Scoop necks with a one-inch strap, high halter necks, and one shoulder dresses could be perfect. Go with something that has a defined waist band, then flares out on the skirt. Since it's a prom dress, you could go with a floor-length skirt so the focus isn't on your muscular legs! <3 Don't forget to go with colors/details you love (bright colors and sparkle details can make you feel super special) and try on EVERYTHING. It looks way different on ya than it does on the hanger!

Just some word of advice for the girls who rlly love the 70's inspired jeans: make sure tht you are pretty tall, cause if you're on the short side, they just might make you look odd-shaped nd short Smile
