I have suuuper... "big" legs, and I used to think it was just fat (which it partly is) but then I realized that I have MASSIVE muscles. They're... HUGE. I've played soccer for as long as I can remember, and I've noticed alot of the girls on my team have big leg muscles, and some are stornger than me, so why are mine so HUGE?! And what do I do to make my legs thinner? I love warm weather but I hate shorts because I can never fit into jean ones

I do a lot of yoga but I'm confused about something. Is it considered exercise? If so what does it help with
Yoga is considered exercise, yes. It strengthens your entire body and improves your flexibility. Some types of yoga can actually be considered a cardio workout as well. Jordan S.

There is no actual breaking of anything. Your hymen is a thin, porous membrane layer across your vaginal canal. It never actually breaks, but instead gets stretched. Nothing good or bad happens when this occurs. It's merely one of our bodies' sciences. Jordan S.
