Ever seen celebs walking the red carpet in back-baring dresses and totally wished your shoulders were half as hot as theirs? Stop wishing and start adding this move to your workout routine. You can even do it during a commercial break! Just a couple of weeks of rocking this baby and you’ll have racerback-ready shoulders—and better posture, too.

 

The arm-and-leg extension

 

Start: Lie facedown on the floor with both arms extended in front of you, palms facing down. Contract your abdominals to stabilize your hips. Keep head and neck aligned with your spine by resting your forehead on the floor.

 

Finish: Lift your right arm and left leg 2 to 3 inches off the floor. Keeping your head low, lengthen your arm and leg by pushing them away from your body as you lift. Hold for a second, then lower and repeat 15 times. Switch sides.

I have suuuper... "big" legs, and I used to think it was just fat (which it partly is) but then I realized that I have MASSIVE muscles. They're... HUGE. I've played soccer for as long as I can remember, and I've noticed alot of the girls on my team have big leg muscles, and some are stornger than me, so why are mine so HUGE?! And what do I do to make my legs thinner? I love warm weather but I hate shorts because I can never fit into jean ones Frown



Hey babe,

The thickness of your muscle build tends to revolve around your genetics.  If you want to lean out your muscles, then start a stretching routine or take up yoga.  When you stretch routinely, you tend to make your body leaner.

Yoga is considered exercise, yes.  It strengthens your entire body and improves your flexibility.  Some types of yoga can actually be considered a cardio workout as well. Jordan S.

MOd MOd! What does it mean when you break your hymen? Like what happends to you if that happens??



There is no actual breaking of anything.  Your hymen is a thin, porous membrane layer across your vaginal canal.  It never actually breaks, but instead gets stretched.  Nothing good or bad happens when this occurs. It's merely one of our bodies' sciences. Jordan S.
