Ok, so I'm kind of a tomboy. But the truth is I really like girly stuff and makeup and all that, but I'm having trouble making the switch because I don't have a lot of money to spend on it, and I like the comfiness of my clothes. Is there a way to find a balance between my 2 personalities?

I need to update my wardrobe completely for spring but I have absolutely no. idea. what. to. get. To be honest, stores overwhelm me and since I've never really been interested in fashion... I'm a little clueless...
I'm about your average teenage girl of 5'3, 100 lbs -- anything that you suggest?

 

You need to get a bunch of staples that you can wear with anything and in lots of different ways. I suggest these items for your closet: a fun summery dress that has a cute pattern or a fun color. A cardigan you can wear over anything. Try a pop of color with this one or something more neutral so it matches anything. Then get a high waisted skirt to be able to wear with any variety of shirts. Maybe even over the dress from before. Then for the skirt I suggest a belt that can go around your waist. This will add some definition to your waist.. It can be worn with any number of outfits as well. Then get  tights - i loooove to wear tights in a bunch of different colors. It adds some fun to any outfit. Also make sure to have some fun tank tops that can be worn on their own with jeans or with the skirt. Also dont forget a few fun graphic tees. If you have a bunch of staple articles of clothings you can make any number of outfits. xoxo kerra

so, summer's coming and im starting to wear tanks everyday but I noticed that i get bra lines when I wear them. what am i doing wrong? is my tank too thin? i know i can just wear a cami underneath, but i see girls not wear them and they don't get bra lines so yea i was wondering y. also for closer fitting tshirts what should i wear underneath? we neeed to change for gym and even wearing a taupe bra shows through....especially for white tees. (i have olive skin) ..... thanks for the help! Smile

 

You should get a bra that matches your skin tone. Not having you bra show through is always a struggle and thats when camis come in handy. But also you gotta make sure youre getting tank tops hat arnt see through. If you get the right materials youll be fine. xoxo kerra
