I've always wanted to be a cheerleader, and today was the big day: tryouts. I was never very good at gymnastics, and it was time for me to preform my double back-handspring walkover. Yikes. I started getting REALLY nervous. All of a sudden, I hear, "Let's go Grace! You can do it!!!" from the bleachers. I turn around, and there's my crush, Sammy! I was so excited that I actually did the double back-handspring, perfectly! A week later, when the team members list was posted, I made it! On my first practice, my coach pulled me aside and said the reason I got in was because I had a perfect double back-handspring, and I knew how to "work the crowd"! All thanks to Sammy!
