POSTED IN puberty, how to talk to parents, dear carol, therapy, advice from Carol Weston
I know exactly what you mean. My last boyfriend says that I get too emotional too eaisily. I think that he's right. I am always either super happy, super depressed, super angry, or super out of it. I don't know why I am this way. if anyone has an answer, or even a suggestion as to why I have these extreme emotions, please write me back.

I do the same thing, and then after that I feel better about myself. I have no idea why.

I do the same thing. I cry for absolutely no reason, and if I do have a reason, I'm not able to sleep until I pass out.
