there is this guy in my class who is constantly hitting on me, i don't like him and he is annoying. problem is he won't stop, he'll keep talking to me and texting me, and i try to give him hints im not interested by giving him yes or no answers and not texting back, but he is clueless! the other thing is, is he is slightly depressed, i've been told to be nice to him b/c of that, but he aggravates me so much! i try not to associate myself with him, since i don't want to hurt his feelings. i don't know how to get rid of him, since im not intersted in being friends or more with this guy. i'm a shy person and don't like confrontations, so i can't really just tell him to leave me alone, but he can't take a hint, what should i do?!?!

That's a tough situation -- are you sure you can't be friends with him but let him know you don't want to be anything more? If you tell him directly, he won't flirt with you anymore, but if you say you can still be friends (which doesn't mean you have to hang out all the time, but it's a lot less harsh than saying you never want to talk to him!).

MOD MOD MOD MOD!!! so i REALLY like one of my best guy friends. we're in the same musical, and during we talked 24/7 verbally and texting!! now the show is over, and we barely talk:/ what happened? i think it's because we lost that connection through the musical, but how can we gain it back? i miss him so much he wasn't just a crush, he was/ is special. i'm going to one of his lacrosse games in about 2 weeks, how can i gain our connection back through that? thanks!!!!
