I always like a guy for a long time, no matter what. I just got over someone, and now I like a new guy. I’m afraid to show my interest because I’ll keep liking him even if he doesn’t like me back. He’s popular; I’m not. Should I go for it or try to move on?

hey jrprodigy12! the answer to your question is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. ur in fourth grade and that is way, waaaaaaay too young to have BFs. i know you hate to hear it, but it's the truth. just be friendly, saying Hi and giving compliments whenever you can. that will hopefully start a friendship and when ur older maybe it will go somewhere. but right now, just be happy with being a kid.

I have a crush on this guy, and he is sometimes a jerk to some of my friends and sometimes towards me. But lately he has been really nice so I asked my friend to ask him if he liked me and he came over and said no right to my face. But I have a HUGE crush on him! How do I tell him how I feel? I'm only in 4th grade, but it has been all about crushes and boyfriends! Please help!

I have a crush on a guy who plays football for the team i cheer lead for. The thing is he found out and started ignoreing me. a couple weeks ago, i was receving txt messages from hi friends-all were claiming to b this person!I finally found the real person and he appologized saying that i was a "nice girl and a sweet one too"he also replyed that he knew I didn't like him(didn't @the time)and that he just wanted friends then.The thing is that this girl(ill call her M)told me that the guy liked me. Does he really like me?(also he stoped talking to me)




Hey girlie,

It's impossible to tell if he likes you or not, just based on what someone else says. Ignoring you isn't a great sign - it could mean he doesn't like you back, or it could mean that the attention freaks him out. But since it's hard to trust whether you're ACTUALLY texting with him or not, try talking in person again. Go up to him at his locker and say something like, "Hey, so things have been pretty crazy lately... can we just start over? Friends, right?" Then, focus on growing closer as friends. Get to know him better and let him see the real you. Flirt a bit, compliment him, and grow comfy around each other. That's the best way to figure out how he feels about ya - by getting to know him better so you can read him better!
