I have pretty short hair. It's like a longish pixie in the back, then the front pieces angle from my ear lobes down to my chin. I like my short hair, but, I sort of want to grow it out, I have no idea why. I don't look good with extremely long hair, so what is a hairstyle that I could grow my hair out into quickly that reaches as long as my collarbones or my shoulders?




Well no hairstyle is going to happen quickly. Your hair only grows an average of a half inch per month. I think you should work on growing out the back of the hair to match the length of the front of your hair. Once everything is evened out you could grow it to the length you want and ask the hair stylist what cut will look best on you. Every face is different and looks good with a different cut so I can't really suggest what would work best for you, not knowing what you look like.

please help! i have prom soon. my hair hits right around the middle of my chest. it's straight and pretty thin. i have no layers. i have side-swept bangs. i want to keep it down for prom, but i need my bangs out of my eyes. i plan on curling my hair all around, but i want looser waves. so, please give suggestions on what i can do with my bangs and please explain how to get loose curls! They should do some more hair stuff for curly hair. I have really curly hair, and I can't use half of this stuff. GL really tailors to straight-haired girls, it would really make them stand out and I would like them better if they did some more articles for curly hair.

A few days ago my lip got this red bump on it and my top lip got really chapped and red. Then I got a 2 pimples close to my lip.(I think Thts cause I forgot to wash my face tht night). Ive heard of cold sores. But I've never kissed anyone. I put some Aquaphor on my lips but idk how I got it or how to help it. Any ideas?? Thanks!

So I feel bad for my bff: she pretty much spent the whole vacay cooped up in her room because she has to babysit her 7 year old brother and 10 year old sister while her dad works all day ( her mother died 2 years ago ). They're also having financial problems so he can't afford a nanny or nicer clothes for her. He even stopped paying internet which was the only thing that kept her busy. What should I do?

The best thing to do is be an awesome friend to her. Don't let this stuff keep you away - for example, if she has to say in watching her sibs, come over with a fun movie (appropriate for all of them) and some snacks so you can all have fun! She won't have to spend any money or miss out because she has responsibilities at home, plus it'll make her feel good to know she has a friend who accepts her family and supports her no matter what <3

It could be for any number of reasons: she wanted them but couldn't have them so she's going to pretend to make herself feel better, she doesn't want people to know she doesn't have enough money for them, she wants to impress someone, etc. There's no way to know for sure. Unfortunately this makes it harder to trust her and believe she's telling the truth in other situations Frown
