Check these out, too...
Classic and sleek
Choose a classic silhouette and solid color to keep it simple. A ruched bust line will give you some support and draw attention up to your pretty face! Plus, we totally heart the bling detail on this dress.
Strapless Long Empire Waist Plus Gown, $99, promgirl.com

Flowy and fabulous
Look like a goddess in a flowy white chiffon gown! The empire waistline means this dress floats over curves for a smooth and sleek silhouette. Snag a few golden accessories and a braided updo for a show-stopping outfit. Stunning!
Just not meant to blend in? A vibrant pattern is the perfect way to stand out. A breezy and floaty fit will balance out the brights. Pick a sparkly clutch and major earrings, but leave the necklace at home.

I can't WAIT for my prom! I'm only in eighth grade, but I've always been a big romantic. Yay! Love the dresses, btw. AND! I'm a bigger built girl and this article didn't offend me at all. Everyone is different, and GL is respecting that.

its really annoying how they say prom dresses for plus sized girls when really these girls arnt plus sized at all. and im sure that this article has hurt alot of girls feelings and brought down their self esteem because now they think there fat when really there not. shame on you guys for even putting this article. i thought girlslife was supposed to help girls not hurt them.

honestly, it really annoys ME when only one of the so called "plus sized" models is really plus sized, and the rest are just curvy.
